Meeting Venues at Old SouthOld South Church has nine meeting spaces that are available for use by external organizations. These spaces range in capacity from 15 to 850 people, and can be used for meetings, lectures, receptions, conferences, and other functions. Our central location in the Back Bay provides ready access to numerous hotels and restaurants, and the convenience of public transportation. A building use fee is charged, which supports the operating budget of the church. Among the many organizations that meet regularly at the church are: Alcoholics Anonymous, Amnesty International, Music Together, Long-term Survivors Support Group, Weight Watchers, Pride Interfaith Coalition, Poor People's United Fund, and Snowden International High School. Old South also hosts a range of short-term and one-off events, from the Boston Book Fair to film crews shooting in Boston. For photos of our meeting and functions rooms, scroll down. If you are interested in having your organization or event hosted at Old South Church, please contact Helen McCrady, Senior Church Administrator for more details at (617) 536-1970.
