Yoga is a spiritual discipline–much like prayer and fasting–that offers an opportunity to connect to God with “heart, soul, mind, body, and strength" (Mark 12:30). The word “yoga” is Sanskrit (the language of ancient India where this practice originated) for “union or integration.” When practiced regularly, yoga can become a life-giving way of slowing down and reconnecting with not only your bodies but with the One who made it so good! Classes at Old South are intentionally multi-leveled (suitable for all fitness levels) with inspiring sequences and music; providing a safe, accessible, challenging, and fun space for participants to explore this spiritual discipline. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Bring your own mat. $10 (or pay what you can) Event Contact:
