The Old South Choir, under the direction of Minister of Music Mitchell Crawford, is an organization of around 40 volunteers supplemented by ten professional singers. It is capable of presenting music of all periods and styles, from the great classics to contemporary jazz and gospel. The Choir sings each Sunday at the 11:00 AM Festival Worship service, providing music that illuminates the particular scriptural themes for that day. The Choir rehearses on Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 PM, and on Sunday mornings at 10:00 AM in the Sanctuary. Anyone who has experience singing with choirs and a basic knowledge of sight reading music is welcome to join.
