Ash Wednesday

I am dust and to dust I will return, but today I live and yearn to do so in God’s love.

Ash Wednesday, which falls on February 14th this year, marks the beginning of the Season of Lent - a time set apart by the church for self-reflection, honesty, and reconciliation of our relationships with one another and with God.

This year we're offering services at noon and 6pm, both in-person and on live stream.

If you are short on time, you can stop by Old South any time between 8:30am-5:30pm and receive Ashes on the Way by one of our ministers stationed outside.
