Holy Week

Our Holy Week services will be both in-person and streamed online.

PALM SUNDAY | APRIL 2

We mark Jesus’ triumphal entrance into Jerusalem as our shouts of Hosanna fade to the drama of the coming week. We'll provide you with a palm to wave in celebration as we tell the story during worship. Both the 9am service and 11am services will be in-person as well as live streamed.

GOOD FRIDAY | APRIL 7
12:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
On the most somber day of the Christian year, we gather in prayer and song to reflect on the last hours of Christ, and mourn the death that changed the world.

Join us at 7pm in the Sanctuary for Theodore Dubois’ Seven Last Words of Christ, a sobering, gripping account of Christ’s death on the cross. Weaving together ancient texts with arch-Romantic music, Dubois’ setting of the passion narrative is among the most beloved tellings of the ancient story, and is sure to provoke new insights into the nature of Christ’s suffering and sacrifice.

The noon service will be in-person only, and the 7pm service will be both in-person and live streamed.

EASTER SUNDAY | APRIL 9
9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
The triumph of the Christian story of resurrection informs a service of worship that is characterized by joyous celebration. Trumpet and organ, voice and timpani combine to bring us to the empty tomb, to peer inside, to see it is empty, to give God wild thanksgiving for the hope of everlasting life.

The 9am service will be in-person only, and the 11am service will be both in-person and live streamed by clicking the button below.

Accessibility Notes: Wheelchair accessible; hearing loop; large-print bulletins available. The 11am Easter service will have an ASL interpreter present.
